How you have to protect yourself?

Hi again!, Well, today I’m talk about a topic very important and to know for teenager life, but, speak about how do you have protect in the sex.

In the teenager life the sex, it’s a topic very common, and is very important that the teenager are informed about this.

The first things, if you are virgin, you have find the correct person and to be confident in this person, because the lose your virginity is something only and a new experience that only happened one time in your life and is for this that you have be very careful.

The second point, if you have a sex, you have to protect yourself, and use condom or some contraceptives. The condom, it protect you to HIV, genital herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis and the most important, to prevent have a child and the contraceptives too prevent this. For that we have to careful, because we are not prepared have a baby and form a family, we are not prepare for take responsibility to be parents economically, socially and psychologically.

On having a baby, every change, studies, friends, parties and for this let’s not risk, and take care and let’s be responsible.

Hi my dear friends, i hope you will be fine. Well today, continue talk about the music in our life, and talk about of the great and famous singer, she is FERGIE!

Her real name is Stacy Ann Ferguson  better known by her  stage name Fergie. She was born on March 27, 1975 in Hacienda Heights, California. She was a cheerleader, very good student,  a spelling bee champion and a Girl Scout. She was a member of the children’s television series “Kids Incorporate”.

But today, is a famous singer, rapper, fashion designer and actress. She was female vocalist for the hip hop/pop group “The Black Eyes Peas”, and today she managed to place 5 songs in the famous top “Billboard Hot 100”, all that only one disc.

In her single disc “The Dutchess”, worked with singers as Will.i.am, Ludacris and John Legend, also worked with Daddy Yankee in the song “Impacto”, that was the first song and video of reggaeton, and this video is the more expensive in the history of reggaeton and also it is possible to say is the collaboration more  popular of reggaeton. Fergie its considered one the most famous and popular female single, and this year she has a lot of success.
